Sonmarg Hoteliers Association President extends Eid-ul-Adha greetings

Srinagar, May 26: President of the Sonamarg Hoteliers Association and Chairman and Managing Director of the Snow Land Group of Hotels, Farooq Hafiz, on Tuesday extended warm Eid-ul-Adha greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the entire nation.

In his message, Hafiz prayed that the festival of sacrifice, compassion and unity would bring peace, prosperity, happiness and harmony to every household.

He said Eid-ul-Adha conveys the values of faith, selflessness, brotherhood and humanity, while inspiring people to strengthen bonds of love, mutual respect and togetherness in society.

Hafiz also expressed hope for continued peace, tourism growth and economic prosperity across Jammu and Kashmir. He prayed for good health, success and brighter opportunities for the youth and urged people to celebrate the festival with kindness and generosity, especially towards underprivileged sections of society.

He said festivals like Eid-ul-Adha reinforce communal harmony and social unity by reminding people of the importance of sharing happiness and supporting one another during difficult times.

Highlighting Kashmir’s tradition of hospitality, Hafiz said Jammu and Kashmir has long been known for its culture of brotherhood and mutual respect, values that should continue to flourish.

He also thanked tourists visiting Kashmir and expressed hope that the Valley would continue to witness peace, development and expanding economic opportunities, particularly for people associated with the tourism and hospitality sectors.

“May this Eid bring countless blessings, joy and success to all. Eid Mubarak to everyone,” Hafiz said in his message.
