Kashmir Fruit Growers’ Union Extends Eid Greetings, Urge Simple Celebrations

Srinagar: Two major fruit trade bodies of the Valley have extended Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to the Muslim community and stakeholders associated with the horticulture sector, including fruit growers and dealers.

In a joint message issued on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, the Kashmir Valley Fruit Growers Cum Dealers Union and the New Kashmir Fruit Association conveyed their warm wishes to people across the Valley.

The associations prayed that the blessings of the holy month of Ramadan continue to guide and benefit the community. They also called on people to observe the festival with simplicity and spiritual reflection in view of the prevailing situation.

Chairman of the Kashmir Valley Fruit Growers Cum Dealers Union and President of the New Kashmir Fruit Association, Bashir Ahmad Basheer, said the occasion should be marked by humility and prayers, urging people to turn towards Allah Almighty.
