Srinagar: The Tosamaidan Development Forum has welcomed Athar Aamir Khan on his assumption of charge as Deputy Commissioner of Budgam, expressing hope for accelerated growth and inclusive development in the district.

In a statement, the Forum said the appointment comes at a crucial time when Budgam is poised for expanded governance initiatives and enhanced public services.
