New Delhi, Jan 5: Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday, according to an official release.
The meeting took place in New Delhi, though no details were immediately shared about the issues discussed during the interaction.
The Prime Minister’s Office also confirmed the meeting through a post on social media platform X. “Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri @KavinderGupta met Prime Minister @narendramodi,” the PMO India handle said, tagging the official account of the Ladakh Lieutenant Governor.
Kavinder Gupta assumed charge as the Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Ladakh in December last year. Further details of the meeting are awaited.
