Srinagar: Ujala Cygnus Kashmir Super Specialty Hospital has been conferred with the Vyapar Ratna Award for its outstanding achievements in patient care and community health initiatives. The award was presented by Union Minister for Industries and Commerce, Piyush Goyal, at a function held at SKICC Srinagar.
The award was received by Dr. Pervez Sofi, Managing Director of the hospital, who termed the recognition a “testament to the hospital’s mission of accessible and quality healthcare in Kashmir.”
Part of the Ujala Cygnus network of 28 hospitals in North India, the Srinagar-based facility has emerged as a key player in the Valley’s healthcare landscape since its inception. As a fully NABH-accredited hospital, it adheres to the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.
