Ziraat Times News Network

Srinagar, 7 June: Nageen Lake Conservation Organisation’s (NLCO) Chairman Manzoor Wangnoo has  lauded the efforts of JK LC&MA for completing the much awaited construction of ramp cum thrash collector near Gilsar bridge at Nallah Amir Khan.

In a statement issued to Ziraat Times, Mr Wangnoo said that the construction of this ramp is being seen as a big development toward continuous upkeep of Nallah Amir Khan waterway which will ultimately have a positive effect on Gilsar & Khushalsar.

The local dwellers have highly appreciated the same as they have been demanding to keep the spot clean which otherwise used to be full of muck and solid waste, he added.

Chairman NLCO stated that due this ramp the solid waste could be easily collected round the year by heavy muck lifting vehicles and the solid waste arrested there could give a big sigh of relief as no waste would now be allowed to enter Gilsar Khushalsar.
