Srinagar, May 15: Jammu and Kashmir administration on Sunday announced transfers and postings of several JKAS officers, including Director General of Horticulture Department, Aijaz Ahmed Bhat, who has been posted as Secretary Labour and Employment department in the J&K administration.
According to the official order, a copy of which is received by Ziraat Times, Ghulam Rasool Mir, JKAS, presently posted as Special Secretary Health and Medical Education Department, has been posted as the new Director of Horticulture Department.
