SRINAGAR, JAN 14: With 5 deaths and 2456 new cases, Covid19 climbed a new peak in the ongoing surge in J&K today.
According to the daily government bulletin, out of the 2456 new positive cases, 934 are from Jammu division and 1522 from Kashmir division.
During the last 24 hours, five Covid deaths have also been reported – three from Jammu Division and two from Kashmir Division.
Moreover, 380 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and been discharged from various hospitals, including 211 from Jammu Division and 169 from Kashmir Division.
