Registrar of Companies, J&K, holds Ease of Doing Business program

Srinagar: The Officiating Registrar of Companies for UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh, Haamid Bukhari today held a meeting with stakeholders to create awareness about the initiatives taken by Union Ministry of Corporate Affairs to improve the process of Ease of Doing Business.


In the key note address, ROC highlighted several initiatives and in particular discussed the new Web Form christened as ‘Spice +’ for prospective companies.

“This is a single form offering a bouquet of services like DIN allotment for proposed Directors in the new company, PAN, TAN, EPFO Registration, ESIC Registration etc apart from incorporating/registering the company itself within 1-2 Days in line with the best global practices”, Mr. Bukhari told Ziraat Times.

Similarly, stakeholders were also made aware about the initiatives taken during past few years like establishment of Central Registration Centre since 2016 for speedy incorporations of new companies and Limited liability partnerships.

“Such events are purposeful to disseminate the information for people who choose entrepreneurship as Career option and want to set up their own companies and LLPs hassle free”, he added.
