نئی دہلی، 13 فروری : زراعت اور کسانوں کی بہبود کے مرکزی وزیر جناب نریندر سنگھ تومر نے راجیہ سبھا میں ایک تحریری جواب میں بتایا کہ حکومت نے مناسب طریقہ کار اختیار کرتے ہوئے 5 جون 2020 کو ’’کسانوں کی پیداوار کی تجارت اور کامرس (ترقی اور تسہیل) آرڈیننس 2020‘‘، ’’قیمت کی یقین دہانی اور زرعی خدمات سے متعلق کسانوں (تفویض اختیارات اور تحفظ) معاہدہ آرڈیننس 2020‘‘ اور ’’ضروری اشیائے صارفین (ترمیم) آرڈیننس 2020‘‘ کا اعلان کیا تھا۔ان آرڈیننسز کا مسودہ غور و خوض اور تبصرے کے لئے مختلف وزارتوں / محکموں ، نیتی آیوگ وغیرہ کو بھیجا گیا تھا۔ ریاستی حکومتوں سے بھی 21 مئی 2020 کو ویڈیو کانفرنسنگ کے ذریعہ مشورہ کیا گیا تھا جس میں ریاستوں/ مرکز کے زیر انتظام خطوں کے افسروں نے شرکت کی تھی۔اس کا مقصد کسانوں کو اپنی پسند کے بازار میں زرعی پیداوار لے جانے کی سہولت فراہم کرانے کے لئے بین ریاستی اور اندرون ریاست بلا روک ٹوک تجارت کی تسہیل کے لئے نئے قانونی خاکے پر فیڈ بیک حاصل کرنا تھا۔
