Kashmir gets light snowfall; all flights delayed or rescheduled

Srinagar: Kashmir valley received a fresh bout of light snowfall on Saturday. With much of the previous snow still blocking roads and streets, mainly inner roads, this latest spell has got many people worrying.

Meanwhile, according to an official update, all flights to operate from Srinagar International Airport on Saturday have been delayed and scheduled.

According to weather forecast, this snow spell is likely to be light and would stop by afternoon. Following is the recorded snow depth across in various areas of Kashmir as at 9 am:

Bandipora 1″-2″
Budgam 2″-3″
Yousmarg 3″
Ganderbal 2 -3″
