KBCA Mourns Demise of Jammu Bakers Association President Shiv Kumar Gupta

Srinagar, June 11: The Kashmir Bakers and Confectioners Association (KBCA) on Thursday expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Shiv Kumar Gupta, President of the Jammu Bakers Association and Senior Vice President of CTF Jammu.

In a condolence message, KBCA President Shahid Hussain Mir, along with the association’s executive body and members, conveyed heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family and paid tribute to Gupta’s contributions to the bakery industry.

Mir described the late Gupta as a respected trade leader and a dedicated representative of the bakery sector who worked tirelessly for the welfare and growth of the industry. He said Gupta played an important role in strengthening ties between the bakery fraternity of Kashmir and Jammu and was widely admired for his sincerity, wisdom and commitment.

The KBCA President said the bakery industry had lost a valuable colleague and guiding force whose contributions would be remembered for years to come. He added that Gupta was not only a counterpart from Jammu but also a close friend who consistently supported initiatives aimed at the development of the bakery and confectionery sector across Jammu and Kashmir.

The association said Gupta’s humility, leadership and dedication to the trade had earned him immense respect throughout the region and that his passing would be deeply felt across the bakery fraternity.

The executive body of KBCA extended its condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for strength and patience for them to bear the loss. The association also prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
