New Delhi: The Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) has invited applications from entrepreneurs to establish NABL-accredited Food Testing Laboratories under the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Infrastructure (FSQAI) component of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan SAMPADA Yojana (PMKSY).
According to the Ministry, proposals must comply with the updated scheme guidelines issued on 12 November 2025, available on its official website.
Online-only application process
MoFPI said applications will be accepted exclusively through the online portal https://www.sampada-mofpi.gov.in/
under the PMKSY section. It clarified that physical or offline submissions will not be considered.
The deadline for submitting proposals is 20 January 2026 at 5:00 PM, after which the portal will close.
Application fee and documentation
Applicants are required to submit a non-refundable demand draft payable to:
“Pay & Accounts Officer, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, New Delhi.”
A scanned copy of the demand draft must be uploaded during online submission. The original document must reach the Ministry within one week after the submission deadline.
Pre-bid meeting on December 2
To assist prospective applicants, MoFPI will hold a pre-bid meeting on
2 December 2025 at 2:30 PM, in Room No. 120, Panchsheel Bhawan, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi.
