Technical training sessions were conducted by Dr. Afaq Amin Najar, Dr. Zubair Mir, Dr. Ishfaq Ahmad Bhat, and Dr. Sahil Tariq, while business management modules were led by Mr. Bilal Ahmad, Mr. Shahid Khan, and Er. Iqbal Fayaz Jan.

PHDCCI representatives, speaking on the occasion, said the initiative reflects the organisation’s larger vision of empowering Kashmir’s youth through modern technologies, market knowledge, and entrepreneurial skills. They emphasized that poultry farming holds strong potential to create sustainable income and employment opportunities in the region.

Officials added that the participants will continue to receive mentoring and business guidance to help establish and scale up their poultry ventures in the coming months.
