Srinagar: In Kulgam district, the lead trends for the constituencies of Damhal Hanjipora (DH Pora) and Kulgam reflect significant leads for National Conference (NC) and CPI(M) candidates, respectively.
In DH Pora, Sakina Itoo of the NC is dominating with 16,057 votes, more than doubling the votes of her closest rival from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who has 6,048 votes.
In Kulgam, Yusuf Tarigami of CPI(M) leads with 14,894 votes, followed by an Independent candidate, backed by Jamaat–Islami, with 9400 votes.
