Srinagar: In Pattan, Javaid Riyaz (Bedar) from the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference leads with 14,442 votes, holding a margin of 6,188 over his nearest rival, Imran Raza Ansari of the Jammu & Kashmir People’s Conference, who has 8,254 votes.
Trailing far behind are Independent candidate Mohd Akbar Rather with 2,492 votes and Javid Iqbal Ganaie with 2,224 votes.
In Baramulla, Javid Hassan Baig of the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference is leading with 8,699 votes, holding a significant margin of 5,573 votes over Touseef Mehraj Raina, an Independent candidate, who has 3,126 votes.
Trailing behind Raina is another Independent candidate, Shoaib Nabi Lone, with 2,971 votes, closely followed by Shabir Ahmad Lone of the Jammu & Kashmir Apni Party with 2,737 votes.
