PHD Chamber holds interactive meet with MD SIDCO

Srinagar: A delegation of PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry Kashmir Chapter, headed by its Chairman Baldev Singh Raina, Jan Muhammad Kaul, Himayun Wani, Bilal Kawoosa, Shahijehan, Shahana Fatima, Tabassum Sofi, Mohammad Zaid and Regional Manager Iqbal Fayaz Jan. The delegation had a detailed interaction meeting with Mohammad Harun (KAS) Managing Director J&K SIDCO.
The delegation discussed the New Industrial Development Scheme 2021 and it was informed that after final tweaking very soon the Scheme will be notified by the Government.
The other issues which were discussed with Hon`ble MD included, the revival rehabilitation of sick MSMEs, inclusion of whole Kashmir in Zone-B, Production Linked incentives, freehold rights and Lease Period of Leased land, Specific estates for women entrepreneurs, Diagnostic Study of Existing Units in Estates of SIDCO, sectoral Investors Meet with existing unit holders for tie-up and collaborations. Mr. Harun while concluding remarks assured that all the genuine concerns of the Chamber shall be taken up with the government and all possible efforts will be made for economic development and investments in J&K.
