Srinagar, June 25: The Advance Centre for Horticulture Development (ACHD), Rajbagh, Srinagar, has announced an open auction of its fruit crop for the year 2026. The auction will be held on July 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. on the ACHD premises in Rajbagh.
According to a notice issued by the Farm Manager, interested individuals and parties wishing to participate in the auction will be required to deposit ₹5,000 as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or in cash at the time of the auction.
The department stated that the successful bidder will have to deposit the full auction amount in a single instalment at the ACHD office and execute a notarised agreement within one week of the auction.
The notice also clarifies that the auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons. It further states that all terms and conditions contained in the tender notice previously issued by the Directorate of Horticulture, Kashmir, will remain applicable during the bidding process.
Officials have advised interested bidders to contact the Office of the Advance Centre for Horticulture Development, Rajbagh, during office hours for any additional information.
The notice has been circulated to the Directorate of Horticulture, Kashmir, other departmental offices and the Horticulture Information and Publicity Office to ensure wide publicity of the auction through print and electronic media.
