Travel Agents Association of Kashmir felicitates new members in Srinagar

Srinagar: The Travel Agents Association of Kashmir (TAAK) on Tuesday organised a felicitation ceremony for its newly joined members at Hotel Hermitage in Srinagar.

The function was chaired by TAAK President Mr Farooq A Kuthoo, who welcomed the new members and highlighted the importance of collective engagement through the association. He said joining TAAK helps in branding member companies and provides a structured platform for marketing opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

Mr Kuthoo said the association functions as a united force that not only seeks wider marketing avenues for its members but also works to streamline the tourism sector by encouraging ethical trade practices and promoting sustainable tourism growth in Kashmir.

During the ceremony, the newly inducted members introduced their respective companies and shared their professional backgrounds.

Vice President Mr Habibullah Pandow, Secretary General Mr Sajad A Kralyari, Finance Secretary Mr Aijaz Hussain, Publicity Secretary Mr Irshad A Parry and Chairman Membership Sub-Committee Mr Showkat A Khankashi were present on the occasion.
