Ziraat Times Team Report

Interviews to be held at Dholpur House; candidates to update online details between November 13 and 27

New Delhi, November 12: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Wednesday announced the results of the Civil Services (Main) Examination 2025, held from August 22 to 31, 2025, with hundreds of candidates qualifying for the next stage — the Personality Test (Interview) — for recruitment to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and other Central Services (Group A and B).

According to the Commission, the candidature of all qualified candidates is provisional, subject to verification of eligibility and reservation claims at the time of the interview. Successful candidates must produce their original certificates — including proof of age, educational qualifications, community category, disability (if applicable), and other documents — during the interview process.

The Personality Tests will be conducted at the UPSC headquarters, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi, on dates to be announced soon. E-Summon Letters for the interviews will be made available on the official UPSC websites — https://www.upsc.gov.in and https://www.upsconline.gov.in. No physical summon letters will be issued, the Commission said.

Candidates who qualify are required to fill or update their Online Application Form (OAF) with details such as educational qualification, address, employment history, achievements, and service preference between November 13 and November 27, 2025, till 6 PM. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation of candidature and no further correspondence will be entertained.

The UPSC has also provided a 15-day window from the date of result declaration for candidates to upload necessary documents and indicate their service and cadre preferences for IAS and IPS. Candidates have been advised to review their preferences carefully, as changes will not be allowed later.

The Attestation Form, required for the final verification process, will be available on the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) portal https://cseplus.nic.in during the interview period. Queries related to this form may be directed to DoPT via email or helpline numbers mentioned in the notice.

The Commission also informed that the results of three candidates (Roll Nos. 0231856, 3400441, and 6417903) have been withheld due to ongoing court cases. The marksheets of all candidates will be uploaded on the UPSC website within 15 days after the declaration of the final results and will remain available for 30 days.

For updates, candidates have been advised to visit the official UPSC portal regularly.
