A. P. Vicky Shaw Reappointed as PHDCCI Kashmir Chair for Fourth Term

Srinagar: The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) has reappointed Mr. A. P. Vicky Shaw as the Chair of its Kashmir Region for an unprecedented fourth consecutive term, marking a historic moment in the chamber’s regional leadership. The decision reflects Mr. Shaw’s outstanding contribution to the growth and advocacy of Kashmir’s business ecosystem.

The announcement was made by Rajeev Juneja, National President of PHDCCI and Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Mankind Pharma, during the chamber’s 120th Annual Session.

A prominent entrepreneur and influential business figure in Jammu & Kashmir, Mr. Shaw is the Chairman of The Shaw Art Palace, one of the Valley’s oldest and most reputed handicraft enterprises, with a legacy spanning over a century. He has also served for eight years as the President of the Professional Golfers Association of India, reflecting his versatile leadership and engagement across sectors.

Under Mr. Shaw’s leadership, the PHDCCI Kashmir chapter has organized several flagship business events, trade summits, and policy dialogues, helping position the Chamber as the foremost voice of the business community in Jammu & Kashmir. His consistent efforts have strengthened public–private collaboration and brought key economic concerns of the region to the attention of policymakers at the state and national levels.

Expressing gratitude for the renewed mandate, Mr. Shaw said,
