SRINAGAR: Vikas Anand has been appointed as the new Director of Horticulture, Kashmir. He has previously served as Joint Director, Horticulture Department Jammu. His appointment has been widely welcomed and is seen as a well-deserved recognition of his longstanding commitment and service to the horticulture sector.

In a congratulatory message, Bashir Ahmad Naik praised Mr Anand’s dedication and leadership, stating, “Your journey stands as a testament to the power of knowledge, dedication, and unwavering honesty.
