Jammu: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has redesignated two senior JKAS officers as Commissioners/Secretaries to the Government. As per Government Order No. 348-JK(GAD) of 2025, Ms. Shabnam Kamili, Administrative Secretary of ARI and Trainings Department, has been redesignated as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, ARI and Trainings Department.
Similarly, Ms. Babila Rakwal, currently Administrative Secretary of the Cooperative Department, will now serve as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Cooperative Department.
The order, issued by M. Raju, IAS, takes immediate effect, aligning with Rule 21 of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service Rules.
