Pahalgam a famous tourist destination recorded a low of minus 4.8 degree Celsius.
The Meteorological Department (MeT) has informed that Qazigund, a gateway of Kashmir, recorded a low of minus 2.2 degree Celsius while Kupwara in north Kashmir recorded a minimum temperature of minus 1.2 degree Celsius.
