Srinagar, Oct 24: The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) has announced the reappointment of A P Vicky Shaw as Chairman of PHDCCI Kashmir chapter.
This development follows the recent appointment of Hemant Jain as the National President during the 119th Annual General Meeting held at Vigyan Bhawan.
Vicky Shaw, who is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Almas Resort and Shaw Art Palace, a prestigious 100-year-old business group specializing in handicrafts in Kashmir, brings extensive experience to this role. He has previously served as the Ex-President of the Professional Golfers Association of India for eight years.
Expressing his gratitude on this occasion, Vicky Shaw stated, “I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to President Hemant Jain for entrusting me with another term as Chairman. I am deeply appreciative of the continued support and trust bestowed upon me by our members. Together, we will work towards the economic development of our region, advocating for the trade and industry of Kashmir.”
Under Shaw’s leadership, the PHDCCI Kashmir aims to foster growth and opportunities for local businesses while addressing the challenges faced by the industry in the region.
