Srinagar, Oct 24: A Public Grievance Cell regarding passport verification cases, service and other verifications has been established at CID headquarters, Srinagar near Government Arts Emporium.
As per a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the general public having grievances with regard to Passport cases, Service or other verifications can visit every Tuesday from 12 pm onwards.

In addition, a similar Public Grievance Cell shall be opened at CID Hqrs. Canal Road Jammu, after shifting of offices from Srinagar to Jammu.
