Srinagar, Sept 8: In a major recruitment drive, Jai Beverages Private Limited, renowned as the second largest franchisee of PepsiCo carbonated and non-carbonated beverages in India, has announced a significant number of job opportunities at its Bari Brahmana facility in Jammu & Kashmir, Ziraat Times has learnt.
The company is looking to fill positions across various levels of expertise, targeting professionals from different technical backgrounds. A total of 80 new positions have been opened, aiming to bolster the workforce at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Vacant positions and requirements:
1. Quality Control Chemist – 10 Positions: Candidates should possess a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Food Tech. No experience up to 10 years is accommodated, allowing fresh graduates an opportunity to apply.
2. Graduate Trainee Engineer – 20 Positions: This role requires a B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
3. Diploma Trainee – 30 Positions: Applicants with a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, or Instrumentation are encouraged to apply.
4. ITI Holders – 30 Positions: ITI certificate holders in Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, Fitter, or Plumbing are needed.
5. Graduate Trainee – 10 Positions: Graduates with a B.Com or BCA degree are eligible for these roles.
The hiring initiative by Jai Beverages is part of its strategy to support and expand its existing operations, which include the production of popular PepsiCo brands like Pepsi, Mountain Dew, and the SevenUp line of products, as well as the manufacturing of preforms.
