FCIK congratulates newly-elected leaders of ASSIU Ganderbal

 

Srinagar, July 10 – The Federation of Chambers of Industries Kashmir (FCIK) has extended heartfelt congratulations to Mohammad Yousuf Techo and Dr. Zain ul Abideen on their election as President and General Secretary, respectively, of the Association of Small Scale Industrial Units (ASSIU), Industrial Estate, Ganderbal.

The recent elections, overseen by Returning Officer Khalid Muzaffar, saw enthusiastic participation from nearly all enterprises within the industrial estate. The fairness of the electoral process was ensured with the presence of FCIK Secretary General, Ovees Jami, as an observer.

The newly elected office bearers also include Syed Farooq Ahmad Qadiri as Vice President, Ashiq Hussain Shah as Treasurer, Haji Riyaz Ahmad Mir as Secretary, Haji Abdul Haie as Joint Secretary, and Ghulam Nabi Dar as Publicity Secretary.

Both M.Y. Techo and Dr. Zain ul Abideen have previously held significant roles within FCIK and the Ganderbal association, earning the trust and support of their peers to lead and address the needs and aspirations of the industrial fraternity.

FCIK President Shahid Kamili extended warm wishes to the newly elected team, expressing optimism that the new Governing Body will enhance the development of its estate members and play a pivotal role within FCIK, thereby contributing to the collective prosperity of the industrial community.

The FCIK Advisory Committee, while extending their greetings, emphasized the importance of associations in fostering a conducive environment and improving working conditions for enterprises amidst competitive market conditions and insufficient support from sponsors.
