Jammu Magistrate invokes PSA against 2 land brokers in Sunjwan, Bathindi

JAMMU, JUNE 8: District Magistrate Jammu, Sachin Kumar Vaishya, has invoked the Public Safety Act (PSA) against two individuals involved in the sale of illegal plots and fraudulent conversion of forest lands in Sunjwan and Bathindi areas, an official statement said on Saturday evening.

The DM’s decision to invoke the PSA aims to ensure public order and serve as a deterrent against any similar misadventures by others, the order added.
