Polling begins for Udhampur Parliamentary Constituency in J&K

JAMMU, APRIL 19: The polling for the first phase of General Elections in 4-Udhampur Parliamentary Constituency begin here on Friday with long queues were seen enthusiastically waiting for their turn to exercise their right to vote.

The polling began at 7 am in all 2,637 polling stations across the constituency.

Earlier, mock drills were conducted in all the polling stations, with overwhelming public participation, instilling confidence among them regarding the preparedness of the J&K election office and local administration to conduct the elections smoothly and peacefully.
