Investor Awareness & Protection Conference begins in Srinagar

Srinagar, Oct 28: Union Minister of State Rao Inderjit today inaugurated the “Investors Education, Awareness & Protection Conference” in Srinagar. PHDCCI Kashmir chair Vicky Shaw,  along with his team, was special invitee on this occasion.

The event was also graced by Dr Farooq Abdullah, Member of Parliament from Srinagar; Anita Shah Akella, CEO IEPF Authority & Joint Secretary, MCA; Sanjay Shorey, Regional Director (Northern Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs; Haamid Bukhari, Registrar of Companies (ROC) Srinagar and other dignitaries from the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir along with senior officials from IEPF Authority, India Post Payment Bank and Department of Posts, CSC e-governance, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Central Reserve Police Force and EC members of PHDCCI Kashmir -Bilal Kawoosa, Mushtaq Ahmad Mir, Haleem Bhat , Bilal Ahmad Bhat, Fayaz Ahmad, Iqbal Fayaz Jan.

The conference is seeking to create wider awareness and interest about investment opportunities in J&K and the safeguards and protection available to investors from the state.
