Srinagar, Sept 13: Government of Jammu and Kashmir placed under suspension Deputy Director, Animal Husbandry Department Jammu, pending inquiry into his conduct.
As per the Government Order No. 265-JK(APD) of 2022, dated 12. .09.2022, issued by Atal Dulloo, IAS Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), a copy of which has been received by Ziraat Times, pending enquiry into the conduct related to a particular case, Deputy Director, Animal Husbandry Department Jammu has been placed under suspension with immediate effect. During the period of suspension the officer shall remain attached in the office of Director Animal Husbandry Department Jammu.
As per the order, Mohammad Akbar Wani (IAS) Secretary Agriculture Production Department has been appointed as Inquiry Officer to enquire into the matter and submit the report within a period of one month.
Pertinently, a complaint & FIR (No. 97/2022, Dated: 06-09-2022) have already been formally registered for the said case.
