Srinagar, 13 August: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference on Saturday constituted its Minority Cell (Pandit, Sikh Communities).
In an official order approved by the Party President Dr Farooq Abdullah, Bushan Lal Bhat has been nominated as its Chairman while Sardar JS Azad will be its convenor.
The order was issued by party General Secretary Ali Mohammad Sagar.
Party leadership has felicitated the appointees and hoped that the party will benefit from their wide ranging experience in public service.
