Srinagar, June 13: The Shahre Khass Traders and Manufacturers’ Coordination Committee held an emergency meeting with Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation (KTMF) team, a statement issued to media said today.
The meeting was chaired by President KTMF Bashir Ahmed Rather sahab and all core members of KTMF and Shahre Khass.
“It was a welcome step that the South City Traders’ President also agreed to work shoulder to shoulder with KTMF for the genuine concerns of the trade”, the statement said.
Shahre Khass Traders and Manufacturers Coordination Committee team was led by general secretary Aijaz Pampori, chief spokesperson Javaid Habib, Chief Coordinator Imtiyaz Malik, Chief Advisor Muhammad Ashraf Bazaz put their positive point of view that unity of the trade is the need of the hour, the statement added.
“Our sole motto is one and only one – to get traders united, who have suffered immense losses during past consecutive years. There is no second doubt about it that all trade sectors like wise general trade or any other no one spared out to book there losses”, the statement added.
“There is a need of certain policies which we should make and raise it with the concerned offices for their timely redressal. We assure all our esteemed traders that we are deriving a policy which will be fruitful to both for the traders and concerned departments”, office bearers observed.
“Shahre Khass Traders and Manufacturers’ Coordination Committee has a goal and motive from day one that no business should be closed and that every bussiness should flourish with full boom. Once again we with an open heart want to thank esteemed team of KTMF, especially their worthy President Bashir Ahmed Rather for this meeting we are always indebted by your great efforts”, the team further said during the meeting.
