Srinagar, May 17: J&K’s Additional Chief Secretary Vivek Bhardwaj was on Tuesday appointed as Director on the Board of Directors of Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited.
“In exercise of powers vested under Article 69(1) of the Articles of Association of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited, Mr. Vivek Bhardwaj, IAS, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Finance Department is hereby nominated as Director on the Board of Directors of J&K Bank Limited in place of Mr. Atal Dulloo, IAS, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary),” reads an order issued by Principal Secretary to the Government, Manoj Kumar Dwivedi.
Pertinently, Vivek Bharadwaj, who is presently Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Finance Department, was also given an additional charge of Chairman and Managing Jammu and Kashmir Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation (JKIDFC).
