Srinagar, Oct 20: The PHDCCI J&K chapter has welcomed the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between the government of Dubai and J&K Government.
“This positive development provides a sign of hope and promises to usher an era of development, investment and employment in J&K”, the chamber said in a media statement.
