Missing Sopore fruit dealer: Kashmir Fruit Association writes to Div Com

Srinagar, Sep 2: A prominent fruit grower and businessmen from Sopore, Kashmir, Ghulam Nabi Naikoo, has gone missing during train travel between Sopore and Kulgam. Kashmir Valley Fruit Growers Cum Dealers Union and the New Kashmir Fruit Association have written to Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, seeking the government’s intervention in locating the missing businessman.

Subject: Prominent Fruit Grower/Dealer of Fruit Mandi Sopore Missing

Respected sir,

With great respects and humble submission the undersigned would like to inform your goodself that as informed by Mr. President Fruit Mandi, Sopore one Mr. Ghulam Nabi Naikoo S/o: Haji Ghulam Qadir Naikoo R/o: Achabal, Sopore Age: 45 Years, a Prominent Fruit Grower/Dealer of Fruit Mandi, Sopore boarded the passenger train on 22-09-2021 at Sopore Railhead for Shopian/Kulgam in connection with his trade and was in constant contacts on phone with his relatives till he reached Vesu near Qazigund Station.

Thereafter contacts were automatically ended and is missing since then creating acute anxiety among the Fruit Growers/Dealers who used to travel often from one place to another in connection with their trade.

Under the circumstances explained above your goodself is requested kindly look into the matter personally and direct all concerned Authorities for immediate tracing of the missing Fruit Grower/trader Mr. Ghulam Nabi Naikoo S/o: Haji Ghulam Qadir Naikoo R/O: Achabal, Sopore so that the Valley Based Fruit Growers who are extremely worried of the incident may not face any trouble while carrying on their trade.
