Srinagar, Sept 10: J&K Government has ordered the reopening of Government Degree Colleges.
This reopening is subject to 100% vaccination of staff and students, limited in-person attendance and permission of respective Deputy Commisisoners, according to an order issued by the Secretary to the Higher Education Department.
