Fahar Baba appointed as Executive President, IHRC J&K chapter

Srinagar, 4 Sept: International Human Rights Commission Cabinet Committee on Friday appointed 31-year-old Fahar Manzoor Baba as the Executive President, Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir for International Human Rights Commission (IHRC), a media statement said Saturday.

Fahar Baba has been appointed as the Executive President, Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir for International Human Rights Commission, the world’s largest Human Rights Organisation, by the Secretary General, Ambassador Aynul Hossain, and will be honoured with all diplomatic privileges prescribed in to the constitution and relevant protocols, the statement further added.

Fahar Manzoor Baba, hailing from Srinagar City, will soon be working with thousands of youths across the globe, the statement added.

Commenting on his appointment,Mr Baba said, “I will prove myself to be an asset for International Human Rights Commission and they will be proud of my selection against the post.”
