SRINAGAR: After a downward trend in Covid19 fatalities over the last one week, Covid related fatalities again went up in J&K today with 14 reported deaths – 7 from Kashmir and 7 from Jammu division.
The Government on Sunday informed that 585 new positive cases of novel Corona virus (COVID-19), 123 from Jammu division and 462 from Kashmir division, have been reported today, thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 311794.
Meanwhile, according to government data, 78.96 percent of population above the age of 45 years has been vaccinated across Jammu and Kashmir.
Also, no new confirmed case of Mucormycosis has been reported today, thus the total number of confirmed cases remains 24 in the UT of J&K.
