Kunzar: Govt Higher Secondary School Kunzar conducted a webinar on ‘World No Tobacco Day’ 2021. The virtual event was attended by a jury of academicians and students including Principal HSS Kunzar Abdul Rashid Malla, Principal HSS URI Mushtaq Sopori, officials from Chief Education Officer Baramulla, District Cultural Coordinator Mr Nazir Zonal, ZEO Kunzar, coordinator Cultural wing Kunzar Abdul Ahad, Azad Bukhari and Syed Midhat
Besides a good number of teachers and students participated. The proceedings of the program were conducted by Ahmad Kashmiri. The speakers talked in length on the different shades of the topic and deliberated on the curves of tobacco ramifications.
The foremost in the discussion remained to highlight the advantages of quitting the tobacco and not to cause a fear psychosis to the smokers by only discussing the hazards of smoking. The speakers envisaged that by discussing the benefits of quitting the smokers will get encouraged and they will sum up their will power to quit the tobacco finally.

Principal Abdul Rashid Malla in his presidential address thanked all the participants and assured full cooperation to all such programs to curb the menace of tobacco He appreciated all the students , the webinar hosts and staff members who participated in the virtual session.
