Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir on Wednesday designated Atal Duloo, who is currently holding the charge of Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education Department as Additional Chief Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department.
The order issued by the government today, however, did not suggest if Mr Dulloo would also assist the Chief Secretary in matters other than Health and Medical Education.
No other details of this development were immediately available.
