Srinagar: Ladakh added 186 new confirmed cases of Covid-19 to its caseload in the past 24 hours. There are now 1,165 active cases in the UT. Leh accounts for 1,106 of these cases and Kargil district for the remaining 59, according to Ladakh DIPR.
Another 72 coronavirus patients were discharged from hospitals in Ladakh after recovering from the infection in the last 24 hours.
The virus has claimed 132 lives in Ladakh while as many as 309 patients are in home isolation and another 243 in the UT’s Covid Care Centre, an official said.
