Srinagar: J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha announced that the limit for the number of people gathering at a particular place in various gatherings and functions in J&K has been reduced to 100 from the existing 200 persons.
In a tweet on Saturday, he also announced the postponement of class 11th examinations.
