Life freezes in Kashmir; Srinagar Airport records -8.4 C

Srinagar, Jan 29: Extreme freezing conditions across Kashmir continue to disrupt normal life for people, struggling for affordable energy.

While Srinagar city recorded minus 7.7 Degree Centigrade in the night, the recording at the airport was minus 8.4 C.

Meanwhile, temperature recordings in South Kashmir areas during the night were as follows:

#Anantnag -10.8°C
#Shopian – 14.1°C
#Pulwama – 9.2°C
#Kulgam -11.8°C
