Business Coordination holds meet at historic Beopar Mandal Mahraj Gunj

Srinagar: Business Coordination, comprising of several local market associations from downtown areas, today met here at the office of historic Beopar Mandal Mahraj Gunj. Many issues concerning the business fraternity of various downtown areas such as absence of developmental works, pesky unscheduled power cuts, beautification of old city, lack of car parking, facelifting of dilapidated buildings, lack of public convenience and massive traffic jamming during peak hours were discussed in the meeting.

A lack of public transport, especially during evening time, which causes huge inconvenience to common people, was also discussed.

During the meeting, extensive interfacing session of concerned Presidents of local bazar committees was put across for their issues and problems.

Many prominent trade leaders from several downtown areas were present in the meeting which include Khursheed Ahmad Dalaal, Ayaz Ah Zehgeer & Manzoor Ah Sufi of Beopar Mandal Mahraj Gunj, Manzoor Ah Bhat of Nawabazar Market Association, Mushtaq Ah Darial of President Central Traders Coordination Committee, Javaid Ah Zargar of Jamia Market Traders Association, Lateef Ah Sofi of Gousia Traders Association Khanyar, Qazi Tauseef of Munawarabad Traders Association Munawarabad M.A.Link Road, Mohammad Iqbal Shah of Kashmir Gold Jewellers Association, Mohammad Ashraf Wani of Traders Association Zaina Kadal, Nazir Ah of Gojwara Market, Ab Qayoom Bhat of Haka Bazar Market Association, Shafat Hussain Makhdoomi of Khawaja Bazar Market Association.
