KVK Budgam kick-starts month-long training program on poultry

Srinagar, Feb 27: Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Budgam kick-started a month-long Skill Development Program on “Small Poultry Farmer” in collaboration with NRLM District unit Budgam, sponsored by Agricultural Skill Council of India and ICAR ATARI (Zone 1) Ludhiana today on 27th February 2021.


According to a statement issued to Ziraat Times, the inauguration programme was attended by Sajid Nakash, Additional Mission Director JK NRLM Kashmir, who was also the chief guest of the programme. Mrs Shenaria, District Project Manager NRLM Budgam, Dr Khurshid, Block Vety Officer Deptt. of Animal Husbandry, Block Project Manager NRLM, scientists and technical staff of KVK Budgam also attended. The programme was moderated by Dr. Mir Nadeem Hassan, Scientist Animal Science. Dr. Naseer Ahed Dar, Senior Scientist & Head KVK Budgam briefed the house about the overview of training program. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks.
