MSV Trade Fair in Czech Republic: Rahul Sahai Represents J&K

BRNO, CZECH REPUBLIC: Chairman of the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Jammu & Kashmir, Rahul Sahai represented J&K as part of the official Indian business delegation at the 66th MSV International Engineering Trade Fair held in Brno, Czech Republic — one of Europe’s leading industrial exhibitions focusing on engineering, automation, and manufacturing innovation.

Sahai joined a distinguished delegation of industry leaders from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Bengaluru, Kerala, Mumbai, and Abu Dhabi, showcasing India’s growing industrial and technological prowess. The visit was facilitated by the Czech Embassy in New Delhi and warmly supported by the Indian Embassy in Prague.

A key highlight of the visit was Sahai’s interaction with His Excellency Ravish Kumar, Ambassador of India to the Czech Republic, who hosted a special high tea and meeting for the Indian delegation at the Embassy in Prague. During their discussions, Sahai briefed the Ambassador on Jammu & Kashmir’s emerging industrial potential, emphasizing opportunities for Czech investment and collaboration in sectors such as manufacturing, packaging, automotive components, green energy, and technology transfer.

Rahul Sahai praised the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi for transforming India’s industrial ecosystem and lauded the developmental progress achieved in Jammu & Kashmir under Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha, which is now being further advanced under  Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and his cabinet.

As Chairman of ICC Jammu & Kashmir and head of the Sahai Group of Companies, Sahai reiterated his commitment to promoting industrial growth, MSME development, and global business linkages. His participation at the MSV Trade Fair, he noted, aims to position Jammu & Kashmir as a promising destination for international trade, investment, and technology partnerships.
