Srinagar: Advocate Abdul Rahim Rather from the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference is leading the race in the Charar-i-Sharief Assembly Constituency (30). With 7,589 votes, he is ahead of his nearest competitor, Ghulam Nabi Lone from the Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party, by a margin of 3,463 votes.
