Srinagar: J&K Bank has issued a public notice warning people about job scams being promoted through various communications and social media platforms.
In a public notice issued by the bank on Monday, the bank said that some unscrupulous elements are impersonating senior bank officials and calling people from different phone numbers to trap them.
The bank clarifies that in the case of recruitment, it always issues advertisement notices, which are circulated widely in the print media and uploaded on the bank’s website and social networking pages.
J&K Bank has requested all members of the general public to remain vigilant about such fraudsters.
